Your Responsibilities

  • Take customer- and market-research into actions while supporting the ramp-up of new digital innovations
  • Work with data and qualitative insights to design solutions and customer-centered propositions
  • Plan and facilitate usability tests with prototypes of user interfaces in order to get customer feedback for optimizations
  • Understand the customers’ needs along individual customer journeys to (re-)design new digital customer touchpoints
  • Create service blueprints and ensure their feasibility throughout the development journey
  • Identify conversion levers and activities to optimize customer loyalty for our digital services
  • And last but not least: take ownership of the end-to-end design process, working closely with product owners and technical architects

What we're looking for

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team setup with fluency in German and English
  • Passion about taking user experience to the next level – with the courage to challenge conventional mindsets in order to understand the core of a problem and come up with better solutions.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and empathy to understand users’ challenges and create complete user experiences that meet client needs.
  • Ability to translate customer insights in conceptual frameworks such as value propositions, customer journey maps and service blueprints
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and digitalization topics, trends, and challenges around the end customer especially in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Lean UX and the principles and house rules of high-performing agile teams
  • Motivation and patience to coach & educate core business members as a strong communicator on how to apply new methods, perspectives, and state-of-the-art tools
